Hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for Skilled Nursing Facility

We are seeking compassionate LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse to work within our client's facilities, providing follow-through of the physician-established plan of treatment and working under the supervision of the RN Supervisor. Hourly pay rate: $38

LPN- Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements:

Currently holds an active LPN license to work in Ohio
CPR Certified (BLS or ALS accepted)
Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility
Strong patient assessment skills
Ability to communicate effectively
Demonstrated clinical competency
Reliable Transportation to worksite location

Flagstar LPNs are expected to carry out the following tasks:
---Instruct patients and their families in proper treatment.
---Help individuals and groups take steps to improve or maintain health.
---Assess and record symptoms and/or reactions and progress in patients.
---Administer patient medications as prescribed by the treating physician.
---Assist in rehabilitation in accordance with the physician's established plan of treatment.
