others.*Position Summary*To perform direct resident care duties
under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel, while
maintaining a positive physical and psychosocial environment for
the residents.*Position Responsibilities** Assists residents with
activities associated with daily living, including bathing,
dressing, grooming, toileting, changing bed linens, collecting
specimens, applying dressings, walking and/or other exercise
routines, and repositioning bedridden individuals, alone or with
assistance.* Assures physical comfort and mental well-being of all
residents.* Prepares residents for meals and snacks and assists
with distributing food trays.* Feeds residents based on need and
disability.* Observes residents' conditions and documents and
reports changes.* Assists in the admission, transfer, and discharge
of residents.*EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE** *Education:* High
school diploma or equivalent is required.* *Certification: *Current
Nurse Aide Certification required.* *Experience:* Prior long term
