In exchange for a higher wage, MyAgency team members are expected to be available for work in multiple communities. Your wage is based on how many shifts per week you are willing to work. The more you work, the higher the wage. Open shifts are available in, and may be selected from, communities in either of our Northern or Southern Networks.Northern Network:Erie, Pa: Manchester CommonsNew Wilmington, Pa: Shenango on the GreenSouthern Network:Verona, Pa: Longwood at OakmontWashington, Pa: Southmont, Southminster Place, and Woodside Place of WashingtonOakmont, Pa: The Willows, Westminster Place, and Woodside Place of OakmontMyAgency team members will be hired as Casual team members and will not have as much consistency or choice in their work schedule. They will often have to create their schedules from what is available after permanent staff have made their selections. BUT, if you decide to join our permanent staff - there will be no hassles about contracts and buyouts. Our CNAs are required to:Be at least 18 years of ageBe able to effectively interact with residents, resident families, and team members.Hold a CNA certificate in good standing with the Pennsylvania Department of Health Nurse Aide Registry.#PSCCNA
