About the Role:The Human Resources Business Partner is a
generalist responsible for supporting the routine and complex
functions of the Human Resources (HR) department at our Leetsdale
PA manufacturing and corporate location. Including talent
acquisition, benefits administration, onboarding/offboarding,
employee engagement, leaves of absence, labor relations, employee
relations, compliance, and enforcing company policies and

guidelines.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in human
resources, business administration, or a related field.A minimum of
5 years of experience in human resources, with a strong background
in benefits, employee relations and talent management.Strong
knowledge of employment laws and regulations relevant to the
manufacturing industry.Experience with automated HRIS and benefits
portals. Preferred Qualifications:Experience in a manufacturing
environment, unionized environment is a plus.Experience with ADP
Workforce Now.Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is
a plus.Responsibilities:Collaborate with management to understand
business needs and develop and support HR strategies that support
organizational goals.Provide guidance on employee relations issues,
performance management, and conflict resolution.Implement talent
acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent in the
manufacturing sector.Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and
recommend improvements in workforce planning and
development.Facilitate training and development programs to enhance
employee skills and career growth.Collaborate with benefits vendors
to assist in the design, development and communication of all
benefit programs.Skills:The required skills for this role include
strong interpersonal and communication abilities, which are
essential for building relationships with employees and management
alike. Analytical skills are crucial for interpreting HR metrics
and making data-driven decisions that enhance workforce
effectiveness. Problem-solving skills will be utilized daily to
address employee concerns and develop effective solutions.
Additionally, knowledge of HR software and systems will aid in
streamlining HR processes and improving efficiency. Preferred
skills, such as project management and training facilitation, will
enhance the HRBP's ability to implement initiatives that drive
employee engagement and organizational success. Must be comfortable
