Title: R&D Technician
Location: Warrendale, PA / Chicago, IL
Duration: 7 Months
Shift: 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm / must be in the office TWT (remote on M & F)

Job Description:

This job will primarily focus on performing quality analysis of a variety of frozen potato products by grading on market product following standardized grading procedures.
The candidate will be responsible for procuring samples from the store or through Industries sample request system, executing required testing, collecting data and presenting findings.
In addition to this, the candidate may also be asked to assist with a variety of tasks within the lab including weighing ingredients, preparing samples and executing basic laboratory procedures.
The ideal candidate will be organized, have the ability to keep on task and self-manage, and be able to clearly communicate the results of their work.
