Are you an experienced nurse with a passion for pediatric care?

Continuum Pediatric Nursing Services seeks trach and/or vent and/or G-tube nurses to join our team and provide specialized care for patients throughout the Washington, PA area. Full-Time and Part-Time day, evening, and overnight shifts are available.

* Washington area- School Case/School Shifts
* Monaca area-school aged patient- Daylights available.
* Washington area- Toddler aged patient- Overnight shifts available
* Venetia area- Nights- School aged patient.
* Bridgeville area- 3 daylight shifts/week- extended shifts available
* Bridgeville area- Night shifts available

*Requirements for RN/LPN:*
* Valid PA Nursing license
* Successfully pass a background check
* Current American Heart Association-approved CPR Certification

*Responsibilities*
* Provide direct patient care in a pediatric private duty setting, following established care plans.
* Conduct patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and document patient information accurately.
* Utilize EMR and EHR systems for charting and communication.
* Ensure patient comfort, safety, and privacy at all times.
* Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive care to pediatric patients.
