Job Description:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full-time, Part-time, and PRN, 12-Hour Shifts Shifts: 6 am - 6 pm (days) and 6 pm - 6 am (nights) Join our team at an 80-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital providing comprehensive rehabilitation services. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced LPN to provide direct care and support to our patients. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient recovery and progress. Responsibilities:

• Perform nursing tasks under the supervision of a registered nurse
• Provide direct care, observe patient behavior, vital signs, and responses to treatment
• Work with a range of diagnoses including stroke, spinal cord injury, and cardiac/pulmonary conditions
• Assist patients in working toward their discharge goals Credentials:
  • Current LPN licensure as per state regulations
  • Current CPR certification
  • Preferably 1+ years of experience in an inpatient medical setting Benefits:
