Job Description
Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU)

Job Specialty: CVICU Nurse

Job Duration: 8 Weeks

Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM

Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of RN experience; 2+ years of open-heart experience required

License: RN license

Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH

Must-Have: Recent EPIC experience (within the last year) required

Job Description:

- Must be skilled in obtaining labs and initiating IVs independently
- Required to float as needed
- Ability to work every other weekend and holiday
- Must adhere to a dress code of solid black scrubs
- Not open to block schedule requests
- Must provide a CVICU Skills checklist upon submission
- Patient ratios typically 1:1 or 1:2, with a possibility of 1:3
