Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director for Charge Capture
Auditing Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the Charge Capture Auditing Operations Team and standardize
initiatives
Facilitate performance management targets aligned with strategic
service line metrics and KPIs
Support team development and manage day-to-day operations,
including succession planning
Required Qualifications
5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare revenue integrity
or related fields
Bachelor's degree and/or AHIMA credentials (e.g., RHIA, RHIT,
CCS)
Knowledge of coding classification systems (ICD-10-CM,
HCPCS/CPT)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerBi
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and P&L
experience
