Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Patient Access,
Pre-Registration, and Pre-Certification.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and delegate activities to ensure efficient Patient Access
flow and adherence to organizational standards
Create integrated workflows from scheduling through registration
and authorization
Manage staffing levels, performance management, and onboarding
processes for patient access operations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a Business-related field
Five years of healthcare patient accounting experience, including
EPIC EHR platform experience
At least three years of direct employee management experience
Hands-on knowledge of billing practices and coding for hospital and
ambulatory services
Demonstrated competency with Microsoft applications and project
management skills
