Objective

Seeking a technically skilled Field Service Technician to perform nationwide installation and commissioning of video surveillance systems. This professional will represent our company directly to customers while providing expert technical support, troubleshooting, and system installation services across the United States and Canada.

Responsibilities

75% Travel throughout North America to install and commission video systems at customer locations
Conduct electrical troubleshooting using diagnostic equipment such as multimeters to identify and resolve technical issues
Process and repair returned equipment requiring service
Coordinate with installation contractors throughout project implementation
Serve as a technical representative and maintain professional customer relations

Requirements

Demonstrated knowledge in electrical/mechanical systems or equivalent practical experience
Proficiency in vehicle-based hardware installation
Experience with proper use and handling of various power tools
Flexibility to work night shifts when project demands require
Competency with Microsoft Office applications
Preferred: Experience with wired/wireless networking, CCTV systems, IP cameras, and digital video recording equipment

This is a full-time position requiring consistent travel.
