Job Description:
Immediate need for a collection representative in the Warrendale
area. You will be responsible for making a combination of
outbound/inbound calls,
reviewing and analyze 30, 60, and 90-day delinquent accounts,
contacting customers and attempt to secure payment or establish a
payment plan by clearly communicating the status of the account and
analyze accounts and work with customers to resolve billing issues
or any other matters that may prevent payment of accounts by
working with other departments and branch offices.
The work week shift/hours are: Sunday and Monday would be your days
off. Tues, Wed and Saturday 8:30-5:00 and Thursday and Friday 12 -
8:30pm.
